I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel during my recent trip, but unfortunately the experience was not as expected. What made me most dissatisfied was the way the staff handled the situation - quite tactless and unprofessional. In addition, the room cleaning was generally sketchy. Although it is a mid-range hotel, I think basic hygiene is the minimum. Given the price and promotional image, I expected more. Hopefully the hotel will improve the quality of service and retrain the staff to handle situations better and more professionally. I will consider carefully if I intend to return.
