"Location is perfect since it’s in the city proper. Breakfast is a bit awkward since it’s in a conference room not in their restaurant, with a round table good for 10pax so you’ll be eating with others in the same table. Pillows are not comfortable but the room is huge and spacious."

GGuest UserFrom the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The check-in process was seamless, and I was impressed by the modern amenities and spotless cleanliness of the room.
The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room was quiet and peaceful, making for a great night's sleep. The hotel's location was also perfect for exploring [City/Area], with plenty of restaurants, shops, and attractions within walking distance.
What really stood out, however, was the exceptional service from the staff. They were always happy to help, whether it was recommending local restaurants or arranging transportation.
Overall, I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I'll definitely be back!

JJakeman05This hotel is great! It has a fridge, water heater, microwave, it is like a semi-luxury condo unit. Very affordable, very convenient location, with a 7Eleven in the building, and nearby grocery nearby. A huge mall is just right across the street but you don’t even need to go there to buy essentials. Cafes and restaurants nearby as well. There’s also a restaurant at the top floor. With a good view of the city. And a small pool and a gym as well.

JJPGood Location, a minute walk from festive mall. Sobrang convenient especially during Dinagyang Festival. There's some spot sa sahig na hnd na sweep. Overall good deal na considering it was during Dinagyang.

GGuest UserThe location is perfect and i stayed 5 nights to see the Dinagyang Festival. You can see the parade dinagyang just from the hotel area. Many staffs working and cleanliness is maintained. The restaurant is good and price is just right affordable with plenty of choices.
The things that i don't liked is the uncomfortable mattress the room is small. but is budget hotel but clean and cheap. No elevator or lift the seniors like me is struggling and i stayed on fifth floor but staff will help for your luggage.
Many shops and restaurants and malls just in surrounding area. The staff's are very helpful and all are 😃 🙂.
I'll come back again in the future and i highly recommend 👌

LlinikitThrough Trip.com this was an extremely low budget expense and we surely got what we paid for. We only paid for a place to sleep and not looking to enjoy any amenities. So, the wi-fi signal was barely a blip every few seconds but we had purchased a ”pocket wi-fi”. Water pressure was not consistent but we've had the background of using a water scoop to take showers. The water tank for the toilet leaked when used but the water was unused and clean so it was tolerable. The AC unit was a 5,000 btu (smallest, I think) so it was good for the nights rest but may not be enough during daytime but we never stayed-in on those times. There was no microwave nor toilet paper provided, but we had brought with us toilet paper. So in short, it was by no means at par with many hotels at all, but sometimes we do need these lower rung hotels for travel according to our needs. Would we book with them again? Depends on our purposes. And I am still thankful that I had a pillow to lay my head on at night safely.
