The reception area is nice and cozy, so is the room. Room is a bit small but uncomfortable. Design of bathroom is compact but shower cant seem to keep water in, even though the shower cubicle door is close shut. It must be a problem as the bathroom timber door is warped from the water on the floor. Besides the shower, it was a pleasant stay as it’s located near train station n able to walk everywhere easily

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are very attentive and caring. It's just that the building next to it is under maintenance. I could hear the maintenance at around 8am. If I could choose, I would choose a room in the middle.

The hotel staff were all friendly and the location was really good. The welcome drink provided by the nearby Browns Boutique Hotel was also good. The soundproofing wasn't that great, but I think it was okay because there was no one on the same floor who was noisy.

We stayed 4 nights here before departing for Porto as part of my partners 60th birthday. Room was spacious and comfortable and had everything we both needed It is also in an ideal area close to all the sights you need to see and with cafes and restaurants close by. The staff were amazing throughout our stay Marta and Rafa were so helpful and highly knowledgeable about Lisbon and a big shout out to the other staff on duty too We even managed to get into a Fado evening courtesy of Rafa who organised the slot We also had a welcome drink at Browns further up the road.The drink was devised by staff working there.All we can say is that was unbelievably good so go we went back for more We will definitely come back to this hotel as the service and generosity of all staff was superb Obrigado
