O hotel em si é ok — instalações razoáveis e ambiente aceitável, mas nada de extraordinário. No entanto, a experiência no restaurante foi péssima e arruinou a estadia. Fui atendido por um senhor extremamente rude, que desde o início me tratou com má educação. Quando pedi para colocar a conta do jantar no quarto, respondeu de forma ainda mais agressiva, dizendo que teria de pagar na hora, sem qualquer explicação ou cortesia. Claramente não sabe lidar com o público nem trabalhar em atendimento.
É uma pena, porque o resto da experiência no hotel foi aceitável, mas depois desse episódio, definitivamente não recomendo comer no restaurante deles. Vale mais sair e procurar algo fora.

This is a good hotel located right next to the subway line 5, El Carmen, that takes you in several stops to the heart of Madrid as in Gran Via and Chueca stations. The hotel is very clean, rooms are well illuminated, clean and comfortable. Check in and out was very smooth and front desk staff are friendly and approachable. My only recommendation would be to replenish drinking water bottles every day, it is cheap and it makes the hotel look good.

Very good, very convenient and very clean. Friendly and polite staff
Metro Line 5 and Carrefour supermarket are just outside the left and right sides.
The only thing is that the spare blanket is dirty and smells like stinky feet (the quilt is too thin and feels cold in this season). When checking out, I suggest that the store clean it as soon as possible. "My family will move in in June"😄
