Glam房間並不大，裝修黑色系，沖涼需要站在浴缸裏，有些不方便。早餐還可以吧，有開心果醬，烤幾片麪包片抹上，算是解鎖了一個新吃法！！

There are many boutique hotels of this type near Milan Station, and they are actually all of the same brand, but my husband finally chose this one, which seems pretty good. The location is excellent, opposite the Milan train station, and there is a famous pizza shop downstairs, which is very convenient. 👍🏽 In fact, when I arrived at the lobby, I felt that the staff had no expression on their faces, there was no greetings, and it felt average. I requested for higher levels and she confirmed I want higher levels but finally she arranged 1st floor for us. WHAT THE! When I went up to the room, it was so dark and the bathroom looked weird. I called the reception to ask if the room could be disabled and the reception said yes. WHAT THE! Fortunately, we were given a normal room, but it still felt a bit... . . Shouldn’t!
Since the hotel reservation did not include a buffet breakfast, we could not enjoy much service. The biggest feeling is that I couldn't feel the enthusiasm of the hotel staff when checking in and out. It was very cold. I left after I finished my stay. Staff service attitude needs to be improved. over.

I have stayed in many hotels in Milan, especially near Centrale. This hotel is the least recommended. HD8, smart hotel and melia near the station are all OK.
