It is a 10-minute walk from Echigo Yuzawa West **. The hot spring consists of 2 open-air baths and 1 indoor bath.
Pick-up/drop-off to Echigo Yuzawa Station is available.
I don't know because I didn't apply for meals.
There is a 7-Eleven about 2 minutes away on foot.
When you first enter, you are given green tea and some kind of snack.
When you enter the hotel, you must wear special slippers inside, and the hotel will keep your own shoes and give them to you when you go out.
The staff are very friendly, and the staff, who are presumably from South Asia, speak English well.

Not far from the station, the service was very good. It was only a little after 1pm when I arrived at the hotel. I wanted to store my luggage before leaving, but I waited for five minutes and the room was arranged for me to check in. I could see the snow outside the window. The dinner and breakfast were both good, and the handwritten and printed menus were also very friendly. There was free tea and snacks in the afternoon and morning, and a car was quickly arranged to take me to the station when I left.

The location is so convenient, 5 mins to Echigo Yuzawa station and few mins to 7-11. The staffs are helpful and very nice ^^

Not the most modern. But very cosy and warm, impeccable service and hospitality. Child play facilities inside the hotel (up to 6 or 7 years old). That's a bar for the adults too, open tab until the night. Private onsen is available for 1000jpy for 45 minutes, and is adjacent but separate to the public onsen that is available to hotel guests. Parking is just outside the hotel. Restaurants and snow gear rental is available down the road.
